When planning to visit our salon, please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled service to ensure enough time for check-in and service preparation.
For our premium hair services such as corrective colors and keratin treatments, we require a consultation and a credit card on file when booking appointments. If any cancellation of these services is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 50% charge of the full-service price will be applied to the credit card on file. Failure to show up for the appointment will result in a 100% charge to the credit card on file.
We aim to provide the best service possible, and if you are unsatisfied with your service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your visit to schedule an adjustment. Please note that adjustment appointments must be scheduled within 2 weeks of the original service appointment, and no refunds will be issued.
In case of necessary adjustments to appointments, we request at least 24 hours of cancellation notice. Failure to provide this notice or “no-shows” will result in a charge of 50% of the amount of services booked.
While we make every effort to accommodate late clients, we may need to reschedule appointments after a 15-minute delay to ensure our stylists are on time for their next client.
We accept various forms of payment, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Gift cards are also available for purchase, but please note that they are not refundable and expire five (5) years from the purchase or reload date.
Pricing for services may vary based on the thickness and length of your hair. While gratuity is always appreciated, it is never expected. If you choose to add gratuity, cash is the preferred method, but we also allow gratuity to be added to a credit card or paid through Venmo to your stylist directly.
For product returns, we will issue a full refund for products that are unused or gently used and returned within 14 days of purchase. However, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories.
We welcome clients of all ages, but please note that children must be supervised throughout their visit.
Lastly, your privacy is important to us, and we only collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, and credit card information for the sole purpose of processing orders. This information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any third party. We have taken appropriate measures to safeguard and secure this information through physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
