I was originally scheduled with Sophia, but once she saw my hair and its length/texture she immediately brought over the owner who wanted to personally cut my hair. I have extremely long thick hair with wavy curly texture. I have had many many bad experiences at hair salons, so to have someone go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, reassured, and well taken care of made all my fears melt away. Olga and her team were phenomenal and she knew exactly what I wanted without me even knowing how to explain it. She has given me one of the best styles I’ve had in nearly 10 years. I had tears in my eyes. This is the only salon I will ever go to as long as I live here."
