Just a few simple things

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment. We recommend that you schedule your next appointments prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

As a courtesy to other guests and our stylists, if you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations of salon appointments. Please note: You will be charged 1/2 price of the full service for any appointments cancelled less then 24 hours in advance and the full service price for missing your appointment without any notice.

Atmosp’hair Salon not responsible for lost items or damaged clothing. Hair color can be messy, so we recommend to dress accordingly. We take every precaution possible to avoid staining clothing, however accidents may happen. We have client robes if requested.

We suggest that you check in at the salon reception desk 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals are subject to reduced salon services.
We take pride in all of the service we provide; that’s why we guarantee all of the work we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please call us within seven days of your last appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge.
As a courtesy to all guests, cellular phones and pagers must be turned off while at the salon.
We will be happy to offer samples for products you would like to try.
For safety reasons, children under 15 are only permitted in the salon by appointment.
Cash tips are greatly appreciated.
